-=-=-=IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS REMOVING RED THICK WIRE JUST FOLLOW THIS STEPS:remove cable from hv splitter unit, this the the unit above this convergence board where all red thick wires meet, unplug tv from wall first, then push red wire in (the one coming from convergence board)while pushed in turn it like 45 degrees clockwise then pull it out at same time, make sure not to pull hard because you might brake tip connector, Ok.
