SERVICE DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ IN FULL! Coppell TV Repair LLC offers REPAIR SERVICE for the power board shown on the below picture and used in a number of 42'' Samsung plasma TV models. REPAIR SERVICE means that you have to send us your malfunctioning board which we will attempt to repair, test and return back to you. Typical failure indication is completely dead TV - no standby indication, no response to any button. Of course the same may happen due to other reasons, but this is certainly the most common one.
If we need more or if there is another reason to contact you e. In order for us to undertake the repair service the board must answer two conditions: it must be in good physical condition (not broken) and it must not have been tampered with. We are OK with electrical damages of various kinds, but we do not want to fix physically broken boards and we have also established that it does not usually pay to try and fix original problems. Problems possibly induced by another, often incompetent, hand trying to fix the original problems. If we receive a board that does not meet the above conditions we will likely reject the service and return it back at customer's expense.
If we take a board for service and can't fix it we will return it at our expense, but communicate with the customer first. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask us prior to placing an order! All modules are tested on the way in and out of our service facility.
