REPAIR Broken VIPER PHASE 1 Arcade PCB Board Card & Seibu Motherboard SHOOTER

  

Please read the details below. Up for sale is a U. 1 - AS-IS Viper Phase 1 Arcade Board PCB (cart & motherboard) Seibu. This WAS CONFIRMED WORKING 7 years ago but it hasn't been tested since, it has been stored in a dry & temperature controlled space (along with my other PCBs that still work fine).

The motherboard won't boot, just a black screen. When I put the Viper Phase 1 board/cart onto another Seibu motherboard it DOES boot but then freezes shortly after it begins to load. 1 - AS-IS Viper Phase 1 Arcade PCB (motherboard and cartridge board). The motherboard does not boot, it just goes to a black screen.

The Viper Phase 1 board/cart DOES boot (when tested with another motherboard) but then freezes shortly after. This WAS confirmed working 7 years ago but it is no longer working properly. SEE THE PICTURES FOR ALL DETAILS.
